We are continually progressing week after week, the anticipation for our young new team to put it all together for a whole weekend is driving us all crazy!  This past weekend at the World Baseball Academy we was the closest we have gotten to playing up to our potential.  We played some really strong competition and had an Epic 10 inning pitching battle against the Summit City Thunder.  With Grace Hayward on the mound and a team effort in the field to support her, we threatened to take out the #1 seed Thunder.  We had runners in scoring position in 4 separate innings with one of those innings having bases loaded and we just couldn't get a run in to overtake the Thunder.  Both teams fought hard and kept their composure right to the end with the Thunder putting it together in the bottom of the 10th inning to seal our fate.  The WBA did a great job running their first softball tournament, we are already looking forward to their next one.  Follow the link to enjoy a few clips of the day that was covered by Channel 21 out of Ft.
